- Alan Mislove and Christo Wilson: Lawsuit against the Department of Justice (Sandvig v. Barr) and their amicus brief were cited in the recent Supreme Court ruling in the Van Buren v. US case. This ruling, for the first time, will limit the scope of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act in a way that makes it easier for academics to conduct research on the internet (link to article)
